There is this pretty neat website called symbaloo. Its a website were you can put all your favorite links to sites on a page and arrange them any way that best benefits you. This makes life easier because you can set this as your home page and from there just click on the sites and not have to worry about typing in a bunch of stuff and possibly not being able to get on your website cause you typed something wrong.
