This vs. That

Today i Came across a website that seems to be pretty accurate when dealing with compairing the simularities and differences between two things. Both of the times I compared two things on here all the information it seemed to give me was correct.

In fotoflexer you can make the picture practically anyway you would like. You can distort it. write on it, Anything.

Pixlr is more of a website to make the picture look old or girly. when you open it up to edit a picture it has this a row of color effects so that you can have the whole picture a certain way. then at the botton theres this thing that reminds me of a gas gage on a car. you move the lever and next you pic a texture to have on your picture. you move the lever a last time and you pick a frame to boarder your picture. I took this picture of johnny deep as the mad hatter. I started by choosing the color thing Jean, this made the picture a clasic dark black and white. Next i picked the texture Focal, it appeared to give the picture a worn look. Last I chose the "old" frame.

Everyone has seen the photo shopping that can be done. Its all over the internet. Facebook,Twitter, google, almost any popular website that has images that can be uploaded to it. Any picture can now be twisted to look completely different and have a different meaning.

The first website i went to was picmonkey.com, this was very interesting they had different themes that you could choose from when trying to edit your picture. I do not like skippyjon jones. He is evil so with this photo shop app I took a normal picture of him and turned it into something i believe he really looks like. I started by adding a paint texture to add a creepy dark effect. then I went to the zombie feature and added blood and zombie like writting.  Then theres face. I made his eyes a almost white color and angled differently to appear as if he was angry.

Google Tricks

Sometimes google is just boring and you need to use a website that will not only be useful but fun too.  If you're anything like me you love cheesy old things like the video games then you should check out google PAC-man! While you are on google trying to do whatever it is you do you can play some PAC-man

Many of us use google because we are to lazy to do our own homework so we rely on google to answer it for us. there's a trick called let me google that for you. you type i you're question and click the button it then has a link that you can save so you can google it again later. so nstead of having retype it, it does it for you and finds links to answer the question.

we know the Google colors on the search page and how for holidays they might change to match what holiday it is. But seeing the same thing day in and out can get kinda lame. so theres google doodles that lets you change the look so you can have it in thatever color or patterns you would like.

If you ever want to just mess with someones head, before someone else gets on have the google mirror up and ready to use. This flips some of the text so that it looks like its being mirrored!

Feedjit

remember earlier when i talked about gadgets? well there's one that's called feedjit. It tells you were the people who are visiting your page are from and when they viewed it.

Reminders

I hate calendars. I mean I like to know what day it is but I forget to write things on them then I forget and it just is horrible at times. So I got an app called reminders and so I always write my things to do in there. It's pretty helpful.

Pages

When doing projects for school if you aren't that creative it can be helpful to have an ipad with the app pages. Like the app notability you can take notes. But you also can choose different things to create like flyers and other papers.

Notability

I am kind of unorganized when it comes to school... Well actually everything. At my old school I used to carry like 5 binders with a ton of those tab dividers and I would still lose things. Luckily the school I'm at now uses iPads. One of my favorite apps is notability because you can do everything on there from taking notes to uploading worksheets teachers have made. There's highlighters, pencils and different color paper. You can leave them all In one folder or you can creat one for each class and put them in whatever order you want. It's helped a lot!

more web tool reviews

I absolutely love country music and CMT because those are things I grew up watching and listening to so while searching for more web tools i found a CMT webtools thing that keeps me up to date on things happenign with my favorite artists and their concerts.

App vs web

Today I got the blogger app on my iPad. I thought it would be easier and cooler to use then the web version but I have to say its not. While the app is more convenient so that I won't always have to get on the computer to update this, but there really are not as many things you an do on here as you can on the computers. It seems like I can pretty much just write and delete posts and pictures. I'm unable to add gadgets or do other cool things which sucks!

There are tons of cool gadgets you can put on your blog! Things from web links to fish you can feed. my favorite of them all is the Harry Potter spells, it as each spell from the books and movies and the definition of what they do. then theres one that everyday they have a new picture of a puppy. Some can make your blog run slower like the games.

So my blog has gotten 37 page views total. today I have had about 6 views. 75% of these comes from the safari. and majority of them are done on mac computers.
